Overview

WeitzyDraft is a private NCAA Tournament bracket and draft pool site operated for a small group of invited participants. We take your privacy seriously and collect only the minimum data necessary to run the pool.

Search Engine Visibility

Tournament pages — including brackets, leaderboards, flight standings, and participant pages — are intentionally blocked from search engines and are not publicly indexable. Only this privacy policy and the site homepage are accessible to search crawlers. Participation is by invitation only.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit a bracket, we collect your name and email address. This information is used solely to:

• Associate your bracket predictions with your entry
• Send you a confirmation email with a link to your bracket
• Display your name on leaderboards visible to other pool participants

We do not sell, share, or use your name or email address for any other purpose.

Analytics data

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design:

• No cookies are set
• No personal information is collected
• No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking
• Data collected includes: page views, referrer, device type, browser, and country — all in aggregate and anonymous form

Data Storage

Participant names, email addresses, and bracket picks are stored securely in a hosted database (Supabase). This data is used only to operate the pool and is not accessible to the public.

Email

We send one confirmation email when your bracket is approved. We do not send marketing emails or share your email address with any third party. Email is delivered via Resend.

Your Rights

You can request to have your name, email address, and bracket data removed from the site at any time by contacting us directly.
